90 Degree and 45 Degree Angled Lipped Boots

90° and 45° angle boots with lip for attachment to standard circular connector adapters.  After shrinking, the boot lip locks into adapter groove.  

The 90° and 45° angled configuration aids in efficient routing of wire harnesses and cables.  Eyelet hole allows attachment of dust caps or protective covers.  

Choose:

Type 1 high performance elastomer for extreme temperatures, COLOR OPTIONS and excellent resistance to fuels and oils

Type 2 non-halogenated flame-retardant polyolefin for use where limited fire hazard is required

Type 3 general purpose polyolefin for use where occasional exposure to heat and chemicals may occur.

 

  • Available in 3 material options:
    • Type 1 - High Performance Elastomer
    • Type 2 - Zero Halogen
    • Type 3 - General Purpose Polyolefin
  • Operating Temp Range is as follows:
    • Type 1 -75°C to +150°C
    • Type 2 - 30°C to +135°C
    • Type 3 - 55°C to +135°C
  • Type 1 material is available in a range of standard colours. Please note any colour can be matched.
  • Choice of pre-coated adhesives:
    • W1 - High Temperature Hot Melt
    • W2 - Standard Holt Melt
    • R - High Performance Epoxy
  • There is also a Two Part Epoxy adhesive available in a Dual Syringe
  • Available in the following styles:
    • 90° Lipped
    • 90° Long Tailed Lipped
    • 45° Lipped
